All were fixed in 10% neutral buffered formalin for 24 hours and processed using identical SOPs. Sections were selected on the Superfrost Plus or Startfrost adhesive slides. There may be > 5% tissue core losses for one slide. But the retention rate should be > 90%.
Usage Notes: Bake slides at 60 ° C for 30 minutes before use. If antigen retrieval necessary, it is always a good idea to start with a protocol with slight force.
